Responsibilities:
|
· Must
have the ability to plan, manage and execute projects independently.
· Experience
in handling projects in design of Automotive Safety Systems and Interiors
Plastic Components.
· Design,
Validation and VA/VE activities
· Conducts
design/drawing reviews and tracks engineering issues.
Modifies designs to obtain specified performance
· Knowledge
of design of Seat Belts, Airbags, Steering wheel, Child Restraint Systems
would be an advantage.
· Knowledge
of manufacturing process of Restraint systems would be an advantage.
· Concurrently
cost and manufacturability improving.
· Experience
of complying to ISO standards would be preferred.
· Ability to travel internationally based on project
requirements .

Candidate
Profile:
|
·
B.E/B-Tech with Automotive / Mechanical/ Production Engineering.
·
Min. 2.6 to 8 years of experience in Catia V5/ UG
NX with Automotive Safety Systems or any Interior/
Exterior Plastic Components.
·
Strong Oral and written communication skills in English required.
·
Exposure to Automotive Product Development Life Cycle.
