Matlab with Driver information system

Location: Chennai

Experience:2-8 Yrs

Participate in a team of engineers responsible for the development of MATLAB models for Driver Information System                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

• Review System Behavior Specifications of all the interface electronic modules with Instrument Cluster & arrive at the feature function matrix for different architectures.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

• Develop Executable specs for all DIS components using MBD techniques.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

• Develop ALTIA model for all the feature functions identified for the cluster.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Essential:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

§ 3 to 4 years of experience in Design & development of Embedded Software for Driver Information Systems ( DIS ).                                                                                                                                                                                    

§ Strong Knowledge in Instrument Cluster HW interfaces.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

§ Strong in MATLAB / SIMULINK model development for DIS.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

§ Working knowledge in ALTIA will be an added advantage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

§ Good presentation and communication skills.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Desirable:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

§ Knowledge in Driver Information Systems & Components                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

§ Knowledge on CAN / LIN / FLEXRAY, diagnostics tools.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

§ Experience with OEM and TIER I in Software Design & Development.                 

§ Understanding of North American standards & testing procedures.
