ROLE:
Reports to Senior Manager APAC

Primary function:

Responsible for all sales initiatives in the assigned market for embedded technology. In this capacity, primary role will be to identify and qualify opportunities, executing account strategy, and provide engineering services in embedded technology. In addition, will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with the existing customers. Apart from target revenue achievement, success will be measured by reference ability and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

Creating new business leads and driving closure to the sale Identify, qualify, develop opportunities to generate revenueHunting & mining new business from existing business units as well as identifying potential new areas ensuring clients satisfaction is at the highest at any given point in time

Influence RFP and buying process to carry unit sales target
Establishing traction with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Back-end interactions with delivery to communicate and fulfill customer needs.
Leverage domain and industry knowledge to help with strategy definition and requirements for solutions
Open to travel frequently as per business requirements

Educational Requirement:

B.E/B.Tech & Post graduation in Engineering or Management or equivalent

Candidate Requirement:

8-12 yrs of experience in engineering services
Should have handled end to end sales activities in engineering services and understand engineering workflow
Sales expertise in embedded technologyExcellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Good knowledge of technology and upcoming trends in Engineering Services domain
Exposure in preparing techno commercial proposals (RFI/RFP), Collaterals and presentations to prospective clients.
Experience in working in a sales environment and in embedded technology
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Desirable Skills

Good business interfacing and stakeholder management skills,proven ability to manage successfully both interpersonal and business changes pro-active, with strong analytical steer and solution oriented.Business growth mindset team player and other interpersonal skills
